Intro to Running a Web Business

Before I became interested in running a business, I didn't know anything or even where to start. I thought the best way to run a successful business was first to create a product, once I began reading articles about the process of finding out what type of products the demographic you are aiming towards wants, it is not the most effective way. When I am on campus, about once a day, someone from IBC wants me to participate in their survey, but then I never hear about their brand again. From reading the articles from the past week's assignments, I feel like a business model is much more logical because it contains the details of financing, demographic data, product ideas, and much more. By creating a successful business model, you will be able to break down the different parts that go into creating a product such as the demographics and if it is successful you will be able to present it to future investors. I have been able to have a good idea about how to run a web business through these articles and looking into the different resources that web browsers offer such as google ads.
